Excellent location with many good facilities, but a not very disabled friendly (no lift to spa)
The location was perfect and the hotel was very relaxing. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the sea view from our balcony was superb. We very much enjoyed the spa and the Chiringuito Club bar/terrace.
The food was not very good but was good value. Most of the staff were very friendly but one member of staff at the reception desk was not at all friendly and not very helpful. My wife is has arthritis in both knees and cannot walk very far and finds stairs extremely painful to use. The most logical access to the spa was by the disabled lift next to reception, but I was told the lift was not working.

Feeling ripped off by Booking.com. More choice needed for the buffet
The breakfast - more choice needed for people who don't eat pork or eggs. The location of the hotel is excellent
Need more choice at breakfast. Also not happy as the price we paid on Booking.com for breakfast and dinner is equivalent to the rate for Premium all-inclusive had we booked direct with the hotel. So feeling ripped off.
